Shazam has received an update with all kinds of new features to take advantage of what iOS 4 has to offer. The of course includes multitasking (well just fast-app switching) and improved graphics, so the app will look even better on your iPhone 4 or new iPod touch. Shazam also cleaned up the interface making the controls easier to use.
An Apple spokesperson has confirmed that Apple will not be updating the old Apple TV with the features of the new Apple TV.

The app takes advantage of the iPad’s screen real-estate and uses multi-touch gestures for natural use of the app.

In the latest email circling around the web Jobs addresses the slow iPhone 3G with iOS 4 problem and states that Apple is working on an update that will speed up iOS 4 on the iPhone 3G.
Facebook app has updated to version 3.2, bringing support for Places. This location based service allows you to share your location and what you are doing with your friends. This feature is currently only available in the United States.
Apple has just release iOS 4.0.2, which a security update to patch the PDF exploit used on jailbreakme.com. An iPad update, iOS 3.2.2 was also released to patch tis on the iPad. There are no other significant changes in the updates, although the firmware file is much larger.
