No More Creating Your Own RIngtones in iTunes 10

Apple has cut-off their create your own ringtone feature in iTunes 10 that they launched alongside the first iPhone back in 2007. This feature allowed users to trim a song they already bought for $.99 (or $1.29) and trim that song, then purchase the ringtone for another $.99.

CDMA iPhone being tested?!?

Rumor has it that Apple currently has CDMA iPhone in field testing. CDMA is the type of network that Verizon uses, different than that of AT&T (GSM). The rumor of the iPhone coming to Verizon would require new hardware.

iTunes 9.1.2 Update

iOS 4.0.1 for iPhone and 3.2.1 for iPad Are Here!

Apple has just released iOS 4.0.1 (8A306) for the iPhone 4, 3GS, and 3G and iOS 3.2.1 for iPad. The update for iPhone, of course fixes the way that signal bars are displayed. The iPad updates biggest change, is that Wi-Fi issues have been resolved.

Apple Replies To iTunes Hack

As previously reported, developer Thuat Nguyen’s apps had been removed from the App Store after it became apparent that he was manipulating the App Store rankings by using compromised iTunes accounts to purchase his own apps.
